Girls with rings on don't get hit on nearly as much. So one friend wears a wedding ring looking thing when she doesn't want to be bothered out with friends. She says it works far better than when she doesn't. So that is just one reason. Im sure there are others. I don't though.

I do wear a wedding band on my middle finger as it was my great grandmother's but I will wear my "fake" engagement ring if im going out. I call it fake because I bought it myself. If I wear any rings on my ring fingers they ain't no looking like a engagement ring.
