your question has several directions. when we see less production and know we passed peak we will not ban oil dome countries will ration others will be teckless.
oeaknoil is also name of company about depletion which rrlates to limitingboil use but not banning.
similar to oil coal. china is unsurprisingly the biggest consumer of coal therefore biggest polluter of smoke and so called "climate greenhouse gas" and nobody can stop them... and they incresse production and use, so stupid for others to limit use.
if five people are in the same room and decided no smoking. then one started smoking, the air is already smoked so others mo point in obeying. enjoy your tabacco.
Capitalism is in rapid collapse from peak oil and the hubbert curve.
