1. Don't say "Resting Bitch Face". Even though that seems to be the term being used, it's technically incorrect. "Bitchy Resting Face" is more accurate and is the original term per the original video:

2. My wife has BRF and she cracked up when she discovered this term. But, what was good is that, once I learned this, I understood finally. I was a lot like the guys in this video confused by their women with BRF. I'd ask my wife what was wrong and she'd say "Nothing" and I was confused as hell.

Yeah, I've been told I can give off a faint look of disgust if I'm seeing something I don't like. Sometimes I just look pissed off even though I'm fine, it's just my neutral face.

I've been trying to change this though, I now try and opt for the 'Mona Lisa smile' if I'm meeting new people. 🤣

I have it.. 😅 Some people told me that I looked mean before getting to know me. I tbh don't care if someone has one since I know the struggle and I don't judge people that fast on their facial expressions. I usually smile more often just to appear friendlier tho.
