  Overall proportions and placement of certain parts of face kinda gives it away like most of them are not really passing considering the photos are heavily filtered or blurry. Leslie herself is not a very pretty woman by the way. She is giving Andie Mcdowall or Julia Roberts who are well-known for having manish faces among Hollywood. Kacie looks like a typical light-skin trans escort/sex worker and others they just look trans.
