When I was growing up, a neighbor down the road used to walk the center line of the road barefoot. The funny thing is, she was supposed to be on drugs but wasn't taking them and would do some weird things. She would dig through people's garbage, walk around with windex and a roll of paper towels, then start washing your car windows. She was harmless but yeah, really strange.
