Seen in society, like meaning most people probably agree, like you wouldn't fit society's definition of attractive, as opposed to you just asking people who preferences are different

I would think I'm just not their type/definition of attractive, but who cares

I'd probably think that's how I'm seen, and that I'm not society's idea of attractive

I would take it as, people saying that I have potential, in their opinion

I might take it, that I am above average, because I would very rarely get called ugly, and if a few considered me cute, handsome, pretty, etc, I would know I have some base level of attractiveness

That would be great, because it wouldn't be gated from getting jobs, dates, etc

Beautiful is subjective to each individual but there are societal standards depending on the region. While it always feels good to be conveniently attractive it isn’t everything.

Oh, so you would take that as, an indicator that you're not conventially attractive, if enough people said that you're average or decent? If it was like 20, 25 people, that's still out of like 300 million in the US?

Yeah. That’s your circle of people. I don’t suspect you’re going to poll or interact with the other 300 million people. Like I said, societal standards to your region. Like for me I would say I’ve always been attractive as per the standards set by the times. I’m 43 and I’ve always been pursued by women and even now get randomly told that I’m gorgeous. While it feels great I’m sure there are women out there that don’t find me as their ideal picture of a man. Some people like metrosexual dudes, some like ghetto kinda guys. I’m more oldschool and masculine which I feel has more of a universally accepted style that lives on over the decades. Anyhow like I said it’s all subjective. Maybe you’re just asking the wrong people and they have bad tastes or are these the people you’re attracted to?
