What do you feel about scalp micropigmentation?

If a man is almost bald then would you prefer he does scalp micropigmentation (SMP)?

SMP is a nice option and I'd like it on guys

I'd much prefer he goes for a hair transplant

Why not just keep it buzzed / shaved and do nothing else

Keep it fully grown wherever there's hair

Seems a painful process for no reason, most women won't really care if a guy has a buzz cut or is completely bald. Women are less superficial than guys when it comes to their dates or SO's hair choices.

It's much less painful than hair transplant.
It's just a tattoo procedure

Don't tattoos hurt to get? They always make it look really painful on TV. I don't have any, so I don't know.
