Leotards as part of casual outfits. Yay or Nay?

I saw this drawing and wondered what people would think of something like this in real life.

It would look good for a casual outfit.

It would look good but inappropriate.

It would not look good.

Since somehow multiple people have got the idea so far: PANTS OR SKIRTS INCLUDED, I wrote "part pf a casual outfit" instead of just a leotard.

I haven't put on a leotard other than for gymnastics, but I have worn bodies. I think I look pretty sexy wearing that body underneath a skirt and a tank top.

If I wear only a leotard, I stay in my apartment. At least I put on shorts or a skirt when I'm outside.

To go clubbing or on a festival it's fine. Wouldn't necessarily wear it as casual wear when going out

Depends on the situation, and where you live. You could get away with that at a party or in a big city, but if you’re just going to the grocery store in some random town in Indiana or something it might not be appropriate.

Of course, you can do whatever you want, but other people can also. So, don’t be surprised if someone says something about it or looks at you funny haha

It's just a you'll know it when you see it. Like if it doesn't look forced, like you're wearing something that looks off

Like for example, for me I like stuff that doesn't stand out really. Fairly simple things, but if I wore the most craziest colors leather pants and shit like that. It wouldn't look right on me at all

Now let's say you were thinking about wearing that. The outfit you mentioned of course, if you out it on, would it look good in you and would it look like it'd be something you'd actually wear personally and not just look like you borrowed someone's clothes

Maybe. My midriff is on the softer side of things but I think it would still look good.
