I only wear shoes that are one size looser than my real foot size. Why is it more comfortable?

I only buy loose shoes. I like having my feet free into the shoes especially in summer.

Having more movement inside shoes has proven to increase the chance of blisters and your feet can rub against the inside of the shoes

maybe because shoes are not done correctly. if they fit you correctly you likely would have your exact size and they would still be easy to put on or off but. you can't do that because shoes are not made correctly.

yeah the way shoes are made NOBODY can truly say they wear their "EXACT" size because shoes are not made correctly. That's my point.
