A few months ago my husband accidentally washed and dried a piece of clothing that had a kleenex in it, and we still get bits of white kleenex everywhere after laundry. It looks like tiny bits of lint, but it's actually kleenex. I don't know what to do or how to fix it, it's been months and it's still coming out like this. Any advice?

I've tried just about every product there is to remove pet hair and lint. The best thing to get rid of the tissue would probably be one of those lint pick-up mitts. I have this one: https://www.amazon.ca/Evercare-Pet-Hair-Pic-Up-Mitt/dp/B0000XOG8E/ref=asc_df_B0000XOG8E/?tag=googleshopc0c-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=292950110050&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2656168234942103344&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9001551&hvtargid=pla-386638836184&psc=1&mcid=649d6117f4b13734b825a29e72bc88ac
But you don't want to have to do that every time you do a wash, so how about doing a Sanitize wash on the washing machine? They might also call it Clean or something. And you can an Extra Rinse, Presoak - those kind of settings.
But maybe the issue is in the dryer. Which would seem a bit weird. There are dryer vent cleaning kits. They suck and blow the lint out, which helps get the machine back into a more efficient state. You have to open up the exhaust tube. Or you can hire an appliance repair guy to do maintenance.
thank you! i'll have to take a look, i never thought to double rinse my clothes
