How do I solve my laundry problem?

I have no clean clothes and I’ve just been rewearing dirty clothes (at home) because though I have a washing machine and soap, I have no dryer, and no drying rack so nowhere to dry my clothes, so if I wash them I’m just going to be stuck with nothing but wet clothes and nothing to wear (this is seriously all my clothes). And I have no money for a dryer at a laundromat. Do I just wash them anyways and wear (extremely uncomfortable) damp clothes?

When I was young, it was still the norm to hang clothes outside on a clothes line.

Pros:
It works well
It doesn't cost a ton of money for electricity
It doesn't shrink the clothes as much
It smells fresh
Less wrinkles

Negatives:
It takes more time to hang them than throw in a dryer
Can't do it in bad weather

You can do something similar inside your home. It will help if you can open windows to create a breeze. Or turn on a fan. If you do it regularly, maybe try string a line. Make it so it's easy to disconnect at one end so you aren't running into it all the time. And get some clothes pins.

I didn't know that. I haven't seen anyone around here do it in ages. In some places it's actually illegal because it "unsightly".

Ahh, man I am sorry to hear that. That sucks. You can try hand washing one pair of clothes and let it dry on a towel rack or something.

Hang them on curtain rods, over doors, on a shower curtain rod if your bathroom's dry enough, off the edge of closed door hinges if they're small... you have lots of options, if you're creative.

Do you have a rope tied up outside with your clothes on a hanger and hang them on the rope let them air dry he's still rope on the shower curtain in your bathroom or go down to the thrift store salvation army pick up a dryer for $50 or go pick up a shower rod put it in your car roll up your windows and in the hot sun it will drive even faster if you leave the windows up

only shirts wear wet, after squeezing out water. others shouldn't wear wet. so as others wrote hang on indoor open doors or towel bars, or string from towel bar to window handle.

if you have family use their machines, if you have a laundry mat use that if not hand wash, ring them out and hang them on hanger in your place

hang your wet clothes on hangers and hang them on your shower rod. or buy some rope and hang them

You should be able to find some money and buy a clothes line at least. Im sure you can jerry rig something that you can tie the clothes line into like a hook or something.

Do not wear damp clothes. Just get a rack is super inexpensive.
