I have to go to the laundromat (I’m here right now) and I HATE it
Another question, do y’all separate your darks and lights? I don’t know anybody under the age of 40 who actually does. I’ve never separated them and nothing bad has happened yet
There are washing machines at my work, so I reduce my laundry by sneaking my own stuff in to work and washing it while I wash all the other stuff as well. I just bring a little bit at a time, but usually it's enough that I can keep "laundry day" at bay. There will also be times when I know I will be working with exceptionally inattentive or lazy people who let me do all the work. On those days, I might even bring a big bag in my vehicle, then sneak it out and do an entire load or two without them knowing (since they spend the whole shift looking at their phone)

Every once in a while, my laundry will pile up though, so I don't have a chance to get it done at work and I will actually have to go to the laundromat. Nbd, I just get the biggest machine that costs $6, put everything in there in one load, then split it into two dryers. Usually takes about 2 hours and I'll read and get something to eat in the meantime.
My wife is the queen of laundry. I'm normally about pitching in and I do my share around the house. But I'm mentally handicapped as far as laundry. When my wife and I first started living together, I did as when I'm a bachelor: throw everything in there and dump some detergent and push some buttons. It works for me. I don't mind white shirts turning a bit grey because I threw blacks in there. That's a style as I see it.
But she's got this fancy system and it's like rocket science to me. She tried to explain it and she has this convoluted wrack for separating everything. She tried to teach me how she separates everything and I'm like, "Derp! How about I take out the trash all the time?" Then she was okay with that.
So she's the laundry queen. I put all my dirty clothes in a basket and she can do her super complicated thing.

We have a washing room in the basement of our building. You have to book your washing time so you cannot wash at any time you want, and it's within these time slots too.
That's a big reason why I look forward to owning my own place at some point. - also, so I won't have to go up and down the stairs, in those hours I'm doing my laundry.
I separate my clothes in lights and dark, and one for whites, one for towels, panties, socks, and such, and one for sportswear.
I have a washing machine in my flat but no dryer but I don’t need that anyway. I’ll wash my stuff twice a week. All my clothes are black so makes it pretty easy to do so. Only delicates I’ll either hand wash or if expensive and hard to wash then get professionally washed and dry cleaned but that’s pretty rare

I don’t ‼️ That’s what woman does.
You should find one and take her on picnic 🧺 date. Don’t tell her laundry 🧺 mat. It’s key 🔑 that it’s only your laundry though.
Super Nice flowers (like 2-3 load💰cost) in vase, styrofoam (laundry mat, you know) plates and some linen that we can’t wash now…. OR can be folded back in picnic basket 🧺 by her.
Cardboard checker board and plastic small white shot glasses with beer in basket for “entertainment”. Loser Works ‼️
If she runs to hills…you will one day be the cutest guy that got away…. Small laundry mat detergent for Birthday 🎂 or open Linen season etc…
I'm the type of person who lets half of their entire closet pile up before doing their laundry. Sigh.
Same here
we gotta change our ways man
My current house has washer and dryers here. I refuse to take my laundry out of my house and do it elsewhere lol.
I will instantly reject a house, apartment, condo, etc if it does not have a washer and dryer installed or space available inside.
My boyfriend is the same way, we think it’s absolutely awful having to lug it all the way somewhere else just to wash it and come back 😂
Laundry units in my building that I have to pay for and if I ever find a way to cheat the damn machine or grab quarters out of there. I will without a doubt take advantage of it!
Where I’m at, doing laundry is free for us.
There’s nothing special in how I do it, but I have a detergent pod that I put in the washer with all my clothes turned inside out.
Nothing fancy, just whatever the “normal” setting is on the washer is usually what I have it on.
Dryer? Usually I have it on delicate or light temperature for about 40-45 minutes.
There are laundry units in my apartment building. My parents and I use a laundry card that has to be filled up with money. My mom puts money on the card when we run out. Also, I rarely separate my darks from my lights. I only remember doing that once.

We've our own washing machine at home. I wonder how many wives trust their husbands to load the washing machine
I'm very blessed to own my own washer and dryer! Unless it's something delicate, like my bras and workout clothes, I wash my clothes like normal.
My delicates, I hang on a drying rack in my living room to air dry.
I love the fact that I do laundry at my place. I do not like going to laundromats
Lol Just have fun and watch some cool videos or read a cool book. Make the most of it
I do not separate them at all lol... Unless I have a bunch of white clothes yes I would of course to add bleach and have them look nice but that's not my case so I only wash them all at once and nothing bad happens either
My (girl) roommate and I went in halves on a condo. The mortgage isn't appreciably more than a comparable apartment and we're building equity. The condo has a tiny laundry cubby big enough for a washer, dryer and hangers. I'm thankful I don't have to deal with laundry rooms or laundromats.
I put laundry in the hamper and my SO does the laundry... she doesn't want me messing up the washer/dryer that we have in our small laundry room.
I have my own washer and dryer. I don't separate darks from lights.
I have my own washer but I never use the dryer. I always put my clothes on the rack after washing them and let them dry for a few hours.
I have my own washer and dryer. It is right off my bedroom so I don't even have to go down in the cellar anymore.
Either I use the washing machine at home, or I leave it to the cleaner to fill up.
Thank goodness we have our own washer and dryer because I absolutely loathe going to the laundromat.
I always thought it was weird other people in families do all their OWN laundry. It seems like such a waste of water. My family washes out clothes all together then we fold and make piles.
I never separate my laundry, unless I know for sure some colored clothing will bleed... but right now I don't have anything that does.
I have my own washer and dryer. I do my laundry throughout the week.
I have my own washer and dryer I put some fabric softener snuggles in there and go to work
My mom washes the clothes and I dry and fold them when she's too tired from work
I'm renting but my landlord is nice enough to not charge us for laundry
Uhn... I use the washing machine.
No shit lol
Yes shit 😉
I have my own washer. I tend to line dry.
Ho do I do my laundry? ONE LOAD AT A TIME.
You could cram two in there but nothing tends to get clean. Not that I have tried it.
I'm doing my laundry at the moment. 😻
My girlfriend prefers to do the clothes herself 😅
I have a washer & dryer in my basement.
Using the washing machine at home.
I use my own washing machine
easy I just yell MA! and boom
Absolutely. A. xxoo
