Doing laundry with covid?

Single mom and me and my son has covid. I don’t have much help from family or friends, only to an extent. Our clothes was piling up and I had to do laundry at a public laundry but had on a mask. I have no idea when we’ll recover from covid.. god willing soon but as the days go by more and more clothes are dirty.

Consider getting a 5-gallon bucket and washing clothes in hot water and some dish liquid. Use another bucket or a sink to rinse. Then hang-dry. Dollar General has excellent easy to assemble clothes racks for $10.00 or so. We have several for all of my wife's wool clothes.

I want to be clear about the bucket thing: I have a washer and dryer at home, but for tough stains, I use very hot water and 5x Dawn Powerwash. I CAN CLEAN BLOOD STAINS FROM WHITES COMPLETELY using this method: Put the clothes or sheets in a 5-gallon bucket with hot water with Dawn. Swirl around, then let sit for 2 or 3 hours with cover on bucket. All that hot soapy water will tear a fresh stain to shreds.

I know what it is like to be a single mom and not having any help. Any help I ever did get was usually from people I worked with because of no family support.
If I could have helped both of you I would have. It breaks my heart that the two of you don't have any support.

By the way, Lysol recently made this liquid you pour into the washer that kills 99% of germs, including COVID.

Hand wash them in the sink or bucket/tub/shower. Line dry in the home. There should be no reason to have to go without. You have running water and soap can be delivered, no?

U can't ask and pay people to do that? Its not because u r sick and dont socialize, its more like u r sick and u need to rest
