I’m hanging in there pretty well. People always seem pretty legitimately shocked to learn my age. This one guy I play hockey with who’s maybe like 10 years younger than me has on several occasions (when it’s organically come up) gotten someone’s attention and been like “yo, yo…. how old do you think he is?”, so apparently I’m passing for younger. People are like “no fucking way”, pretty emphatically, so it seems legit. Still have all my hair (and a lot of it, right now, haha), and it’s still all blonde. I’ve always had a pretty young face, so as much as it frustrated me to not pass for older when I was young, it comforts me to also not pass for older today, haha. And I love my life young, I’m playing hockey, I’m in the gym, I’m probably in the best shape of my life. But I’m white, so I could wake up tomorrow looking like the Cryptkeeper lmfao, I’m not counting my chickens before they hatch😂
I've done extremely well , but I compare myself with the very best , not beer bellied slobs that I see walking around here all the time with no self control and horrendous diets of highly processed foods.
So my intention is to continue to improve.
I work out , I get my steps up , I have great sunshine , I swim and do fun runs , 21.5 k half this first quarter , I swim everyday , and I sleep at least 8 hours 95% of the time , and my diet is excellent , every measure is best its ever been , including liver , and touch wood I have never had an operation nor spent a night in hospital , plus the women are always much younger , all this adds up to great health.
Tomorrow I turn 63 years , and this year I'm going to only improve the output , I see some guys here , who are utterly ripped and super fit , with Mai Thai and the like and some are 12 years older than me ! The goal is to get better.
At the beginning of COVID, it's like everything just got up and left. Hair started falling out and turning white, eczema when I've never had a problem with it before, stress, stress, and more stress.
Maybe it's stress, maybe it's perimenopause, but it all went to shit real fast.
@JohnK123 "The term “pre” means “before,” while the term “peri” means “around.” However, healthcare professionals use the word perimenopause to refer to the time before menopause."
I just use it as "I'm the right age and am noticing pronounced hormonal bullshit but have no idea whether I've stopped or not as I haven't bled in 7 years due to an IUD." So "around" seems apropos, although I'm always confused by the two terms as well. Generally, they mean the same thing, it looks like.
@JohnK123 I don't know. Different for everyone, and it's one of those things that seems to be shrouded in mystery. Onset can be from 9-14 years old, but 52 is just as accurate a guess as to the end. So who knows? My grandmother would talk about hot-flashes, mom would talk about HRT, but neither gave me an age/date at when it happened to them.
@JohnK123 IUDs with progesterone infused into them can stop it altogether, yes. Some pills/patches can also do this, or at least lessen it, but I specifically got it to stop menstruation. It doesn't stop the irritability, acne and other symptoms, but it's a load off my mind just not to have to deal with periods for 1/4 of my life.
As for contraception... I imagine they're more effective today than they once were, but my sister and I are living proof a plain IUD doesn't always work. But I had a tubal ligation at 28. I would've preferred to have just gotten all the plumbing ripped out then, but nobody was willing to do that. It was tough enough finding anybody willing to tie my tubes.
@JohnK123 Onset - the beginning. Menstruation begins for most women sometime around the ages of 9-14 (generally). I was allegedly pretty late at 13.
HRT = hormone replacement therapy. When you go through menopause, your body's estrogen production drops off and so you get all the aforementioned symptoms... one of the symptoms is "hot-flashes" and "night-sweats." It's like your body temperature just randomly spikes (like you get a fever) and you start sweating. You're not sick, it's not the flu, but it's very sudden like that. Or, you can feel cold even with the heat cranked way up because your inner body temperature is warmer than usual.
@JohnK123 Yeah. Probably has to do with balancing out the testosterone, androgen and estrogen. Everyone has all of these, just in different quantities depending on physical production. Puberty is the development of these things, and while men will continue producing sperm until they're dead (although lower quality), women essentially have to go through a second "puberty" in menopause that's essentially like a female castration. Ovaries are done, so they stop producing enough female hormones. So, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is used to balance some of this out so it's not such a vicious whiplash and can be more gentle.
@JohnK123 Your testosterone will likely reduce (aka "low T") as you get older, and the quality of your sperm may not be as viable... if you look at them under a microscope, more of them will be dead or deformed, and less likely to seed properly. But you will still be producing them to some degree.
@JohnK123 I actually do, lol.
I'm aging backwards. At first I seriously looked older in my teen years. Now I'm looking younger as time goes on

For now I'm still looking better with age. I credit my looks and pasty complexion with not being another loser out there burning away in the sunshine or the tanning or even the spray tan stuff. Lol. And I'm not even a skin care guy, all I do is shower daily and that's my "face washing" lol, besides shaving my chin and upper lip every, what, week or so. Lol. And yet I'm not too bad at 29. I could still pass for a few years lol less. Ah well. I'm also keeping the gut overhang at bay, has not yet happened to me. 👍👋
I seem to vary throughout the seasons, I work outside and tend to go from that winter freezing wind look to the summer dirty tan look. I am not yet a fine wine more of a bubbly pop (soda). The biggest thing for everyone is keeping fit and healthy.
Kinda, not really. I think my prime was around 25. Now I'm getting greys and my hair is thinning. Not incredibly noticeable to others, but it is to me. I'm also having a harder time fighting against my stomach shape and I do 250 pushups a day. Age is definitely starting to get to me and it only gets worse from here
Well... My face is getting more manly (including the development of non-ridiculous facial hair) and it looks like my acne is finally giving up on ruining my life, so that's for the better. However, my hairline is degrading and it's not like I gain any height anymore, so overall, it might be considered a negative impact.
I have been told I’ve gotten more and more attractive as the gray crept in. I’d suspect people are messing with me except I’ve now heard it enough that I think there may be something to it. I’ve been compared to a few actors which I think most people would consider attractive in the past two years, since I grew a neatly trimmed beard, and so I think that’s good.
Based on looks alone, I think I look about my age, even though people have told me I look much older than my age my entire life.
I definitely look better than I did in my teens, and early 20s, but I'd argue I looked a little better in my late 20s than I do now.
I'm doing anything I can do get in better shap right now though.
Unsure... I look too young. Old women cashiers always give me shit when I'm just trying to buy alcohol and get drunk. I'm over 40 and I hang out at the VFW ffs... I smoke & drink like constantly all day. smh. I have to grow facial hair just to not get treated like a kid.
I picked up a 20-year-old the other a couple of nights ago and she had the gall to get pissed that I was over 40 as if I was trying to trick her. She wasn't talking shit when she was in the doggy position! WTF is her fucking problem... but that gave me an excuse to ghost her ass, that's a plus.

Sorry waifu. Kimi ha boku no ichiban daiski onna da yo.
No wrinkles, not balding, I only have a few grey hairs. At social gatherings people 10 years younger usually think I’m their age.
Only downside is my body fat. It used to burn off very easy. Nowadays I’m stuck with it. So no sixpack for me ever again…
I feel I look worse every year that comes.. People say I look younger than my age but my phone camera tells me another story. Two people did ask if I was my sisters kid though which made me laugh because she is only 4 years older.
I think I'm aging well, yes. Eating healthier and exercising is key.
@7Phoenix7 are you even aging at all...
@NathanDavis IKR.. LOL..
I heard... you recently turned 21 again?
@NathanDavis I'm 22 now ☺️
@NathanDavis @7Phoenix7 Alright when you guys gonna officially get together already? You been flirting forever.. 😂..
Not sure. Spoke to a friend a few weeks ago I've known over 30 years. He's younger than me but looks older. He said he thinks I'm immortal...
I hope so, I’m 33. But people I meet usually say I still looked like in my 20s lol.
I think I've gone into ruggedly handsome mode. There's a little wear and tear, but I think it's distinguishing. Most people say I look younger than I am.
Unfortunately yes...
I look younger... so saying I have 20+ years of professional experience or that my son is 28 years old puts people in deep confusion :D
Random people thought I was in my 20's when I was 42... but as I've said, it all kinda hit me over the head at once.
I definitely think I look better now than I did when I was younger.. I guess because I'm taking slightly better care myself.. So maybe I am aging fairly well..
B... Thankfully.. 😛 But then I'm only 39 about to be 40 lol.
It's my Asian genes lol.
@enterr10 Yeah, but I think generally/unfortunately, it might be mianly because I have a babyface in general, not to mention I am petite at only 5''2 and less than 105lbs. And I don't think all Asians are the same though hehe. I am worried about osteoperosis in my older years. My mom has a mild form of that.
My wife and I are both doing well -- people are generally quite surprised when we tell them our age.
So far yes, we will see what the future holds, but for now I am aging well.
All things considered I'm doing pretty good. Most people I meet think I am younger then I am.
I have been told quite a few times that I look younger than I am, so I guess so.
I'm doing well, told I look younger than my age often. It's a mind thing.
I do not look my age but I can start to see myself getting old. The gray hair does not bother me but it is the gray eyebrows that look old.
Probably better than I looked when really young but about the same, some say I look younger than I am, if I had more hair on top I would really look younger
I could not tell. I just don't age since I turned 20 or so.
I looked old before my time in my teens and 20's. In my mid 30's I just kind of leveled off and still look the same now
I've become healthier... which is great
I am aging like cottage cheese.
I'm doing okay. Most people think I'm 5-10 years younger than I actually am.
Looking better just bc I’m 24 and had an Hugo phase as a teenager 😂
Yes of course, in fact I am ageing slowly.
Not getting any better, but not getting much worse either. I'm just happy I still have all my hair.
On a long enough timeline, everyone ages out.
Yeah people tell me I look young for my age
Ima say nah but I'm biased against myself
Men tend to get better looking with age, women tend to deteriorate. Oddly, men seem to rapidly age overnight in stages whereas with women it seems to be a gradual decline.
Depends on the genes. Women in my family don't really age until 50. Then, they age to look about 28-30. After that they don't age much until 70. That's when it starts catching up. On the other hand, my husband has looked old enough to be my dad since about 25. He's only 2 years older though 😂
Well, it is true for caucasian women I think but perhaps not women of colour. I think women of colour do age in stages come to think of it. Like Asian women seem to hold out especially with the attractiveness of the body in contrast to caucasian women. African women also seem to benefit from the melanin and resist the ravages of the Sun, which is a key culprit in ageing. I agree with you, genetics plays a big part.
Golly, I think so.
If old people were hot, fatass Trump would be married to an elderly person like himself.
... for his money :)
LOL!
i mean people say i look 16 so ig 💀
I think I am aging quite well
@wolfcat87 Thank you for the Like
I'd certainly like to think so 😉
No one is more attractive being old than being young.
I've no idea
How about you?
It's easy for women to look young with age since they neither get bald on head as men do nor they have grey facial hair as men do... that makes men look older anyway!
i look young
so far no..
Nice cleavage.. deep
