My sister mostly wear high heels. How do I tell her it is bad?

My little sister mostly wear high heels. When she's not wearing them, she walks on her tip toes and I'm afraid for her

I know several ladies/women who does that too. Have had friends who had to undergo surgery cause their feets were in pain when wearing normal flat shoes. Not necessary all women will experience these issues, however, according to my Mrs (who by the way is a GP) here are some reasons why high heels can cause issues for others:

She says that high heels can force the feet into an unnatural position, leading to issues like bunions and hammertoes problems. It can alter the alignment of the knees and hips, potentially causing pain and discomfort in these areas over time. Regularly wearing high heels can cause calf muscles to shorten, making it uncomfortable to wear flat shoes over time. High heels can put excessive pressure on the front of the foot, leading to pain, calluses, and corns.

If you share it with you sis and she still enjoys wearing them, well there is nothing you can do about it.

Sis I know you like feeling all fancy in them heels but ya gotta be careful, aye? Them things can really mess up your feet over time.

When I see you always walking on your tip toes and stuff it worries me. I don't wanna see you get injured or develop problems when you're older, ya know? Your health should come first.

Maybe try suggesting some comfier shoes too, like sneakers or boots. That way you can look fly without killing your feet! And on days when you really wanna stunt, limit it to just a couple hours max in the high heels.

I care about you sis, so think about moderating it a bit. Nothing wrong with treating yourself sometimes, just don't overdo the pain, feel me? Your feet have to last you a lifetime.

Why don't we find some cute walking shoes we both think are fly? That way it's still fun but safer. Let me know if you need me to kick some ass of anyone clowning your shoes, aye! I gotchu

Just because you don't like them doesn't mean she has to stop wearing them. People exaggerate how bad they are anyway. Improper sizing and shapes, no matter what kind of footwear it is, MAY damage your feet in the long run.

You can ask her about it once. Then forget it. Many women frequently wear high heels. If the shoes fit she'll be fine with it.

My mother used to wear high heels a lot. Later in life her feet were a mess. My wife has worn heels twice since we have been married.

To each their own, if your sister likes wearing high heels, she should be able to. She'll know if they're starting to hurt her physically or not
