I think the stubble or beard on men picked up craze since last 2 decades. Dudes used to be clean shaved earlier.
As men, what do you prefer?
And as for women, do you like men with facial hair or without?

I personally wish l could afford the whole laser hair removal. From head to toe.
Except for my beard.
I am reminded of George “The Animal Steel” anytime l see myself wearing nothing but a smile. Maybe l could handle keeping a little chest hair and the hair on my forearms so l don’t look like a 51 year old prepubescent boy.
As far as my beard, l like it short. None of that “Duck Dynasty” shit. I don’t want to have critters nesting for my leftovers.
I keep the hair on my head trimmed skin tight. Another reason l don’t want that Duck Dynasty look so l don’t scare my fellow airline passengers into thinking l love flying aircraft, no matter my lack of experience, or for those short flights around the New York skyline.
I wish l could get my beard and the stubble on my head to stop growing at the length l prefer.
Shaving and trimming is a pain in the ass. Sometimes l might go a little longer and let it get a little too bushy, but because the longer it gets, the less comfortable it feels, l keep it trimmed more often than not.
To have and groom facial hair, is makeup for men. A concealer of sorts too. It can accentuate the shape and features of a face, but can also hide things and add dimension. I enjoy having facial hair because I embrace my masculinity and it's expression in this context.
It’s honestly up to them, but if they’re gonna keep one, I suggest they maintain it when it gets down to the chest.
If it’s just like a stack of cards and doesn’t move- I suppose they could just leave it.
They should go for beards, if it enhances their face, and they’re looking for some type of ‘glow up.’ Like it’s some guy who wants to be more intentional with improving his overall appearance, or is into fashion.
Any guy having a mustache or beard should keep it relatively even during cuts/trims and all. If it’s noticeably uneven/ asymmetrical.. then I don’t know who’s cutting their beard lol
Practicing is key OR having a reliable and affordable barber. 💈
LMAO yeah I just love observing people and I mean I tell you I seriously admired and was fond of guys growing up. Wanted to know everything about them. I learned this thanks to admired older siblings and loud messy as fook father lol he was the drooler
And the rest was noticing and taking note of guys who took pride in their beards. Some of the styles and why they liked them etc. etc.
Now my husband has grown a beard for the both of us. (Mostly him I feel because I love him with or without lol) I've heard it’s like make up for men so if he wanted to improve his facial structure and he wants his lady to be more fond of him I can understand. I just want him comfortable in his own skin lol
So with that the hygiene and maintenance or that beard will play part. And hey I can admit I’ve had a few fuzzy wuzzies! Lol but all a girl needs for that is tweezers / wax/ or a laser hair removal cream/ gadget.
No biggie 😬😂
Yeah every guy should weigh the pros and cons. If having a beard for like I don't know a year or some committed length of time is not working for them, they should just sport the bare look. If they feel terrible. Maybe finding a balance in between 🤷♀️ 🤔
Definitely something a guy can be proud of that’s for sure!
I normally hate facial hair unless its a cute little goatee. But damn my dude looks good with stubble. And its not even pokey when we kiss. He has changed me in ways i never wanted to change. And if we dont workout, i’m gonna revert back to those ways lol

I stay clean shaved. I can't stand hair on my face long enough to keep a beard. 4 or 5 days is the longest I have ever managed. It just feels dirty to me so I have to shave it off.
I do think it could help some men in the looks department though if they have a butt chin or a weak looking jawline.
I think it depends on the man.
In my case, I have been cursed with a boyish face. So when I grow a beard, it looks like a boy with a beard. It doesn't look right and I tried growing a thick one and all my friends and my wife said it doesn't suit me. As an example (though far better-looking than me), take Leo DiCaprio with a beard. It doesn't really look so good; even at his age, he still looks somewhat like a teenage boy with a man's beard.
I think for men with more mature, manly features though, beards tend to suit them very well.
I normally keep myself clean shaven or with light stubble. But I do have a short beard right now because do grow a beard in the winter time since I work out in the elements a lot and it helps protect my face my wind and the cold. So it’s just more practical.
I like beards on men who can grow full beards (not necessarily bushy ones though). If your beard is all patchy it means you're not meant to have one and that's okay. Mustaches are cool too (yes I know, unpopular opinion).
If the beard is well-kept, clean, red or with hints of salt-n-pepper, I'll love it even more. ;)
Its personal choice, forget what the current fashion is, and if women don't like it that's their problem.
I chose a full beard because. 1 shaving was painful especially when my razors had been "borrowed" by my sisters, 2 ingrown facial hair would drive me nuts.
But if you have a beard treat it as you would your hair, brush/comb it, and if you have any sense keep it well trimmed around your mouth, its a but uncouth walking around with your last meal lingering around your mouth. As for the length pick a length your happy and maintain it, an electric trimmer with a set of combs/guides is best for this, a one weekly trim is faster that shaving believe me.
I used to have facial hair, but now that I’m in the best shape of my life. I hate beards. Like it makes you look like a chipmunk. And with like a goatee or mustache. You still can have a sign looking face. But only certain people can pull those off. And no. It doesn’t make you “manlier.” I’m not defined by facial hair.
Slim* stupid autocorrect
That’s why you shave the sides. That’s still a beard
The chipmunk or squirrel is cute! ✨ Wonder how he grew a mustache and a beard. lol
I'm currently growing facial hair lol but my goatee and light mustache grew out first and my girlfriend says she likes it and makes me look even better and I'd say it makes me look a little more man especially without it I have baby face so ya definite good keep
I don’t particularly care for it one way or the other but my wife absolutely loves it so, I’m committed. She jokingly says “If the beard goes, I go!” I keep it trimmed and neat. More George Clooney than Duck Dynasty. Personally I see a lot of men who should learn how to trim and maintain their beard.
Ugly dudes are FUCKED when this beard trend passes, lmao
Guys shouldn't care about trends. They should do whatever they want whenever they want. Trends are for girls who are sheep and follow celebrities or influencers.
I've been wearing a beard for more than 8 years and will continue to do so whether it is a trend or not.
Depends on if he looks good with a beard or not. I like guys to not be hairy, but that's just me.
To me it seems like every woman either likes abs or hairy guys (or both).
I don't like either guys. lol
What does that mean?
Oh ok
As I've mentioned here many times in the past, I personally loathe and hate all facial hair... Sorry.
He's got a beard and I'm trying to wet it lol..
I like beards. I also like shaved faces.
@Joshydavid25 lol I know you're probably the only person that knows the song I was quoting 💀
@Joshydavid25 tisk, tisk lmao
Okay, I can see that it was a miscalculation make my way into here.. So I'll be doing the right thing and... skedaddling
Lmao, alright if you say so..
Personally I find a beard much more manly. Except for some very specific faces on which just a pair of mustaches fit better (e. g. like Lee Van Cleef in his western movies), I prefer a beard on most of the guys but that's my opinion. Not every girl agrees.
I don't like the facial sh--. Not like like a goatee or a well done mustache but I mean a out of control beard. Not that I'd kiss someone with a beard but just don't expect me to get close to your face even a little to kiss your cheek with that shi
Guys should do whatever makes them feel good. I was clean shaven but found it was too much time wasted each day so now I have a full beard and mustache. I was several times a day other than that I let it do its thing
Depends on their face I would say
For some it would suit and for some it won't
Some men are more manly with beards and they look like kids without them
Is it ok to view images in this app?
That's hilarious😁
I didn’t mean adult stuff🫣
Thanks
Yes, I am
Thanks😊
Men used to keep beards in the winter and shave them in the summer. So keep the beard for survival if its cold out lol
Had to be clean shaven my entire career. Now that I only work for myself, I'm diggin' having a beard. I keep it pretty short, don't like a long beard.
They were popular in the 60s when I was a kid... the hippy generation. In the 80s they were out.
They seem to be making a comeback in the last 5 years or so.
I like having one. Much easier to deal with than shaving your whole face every day.
I've got a full beard. I like the look personally, and my wife likes it as well. That's good enough for me.
