What's your opinion on nipple piercings?

I've always disliked the shape of my nipples and I can have a surgery to correct them, but that seems very expensive and painful.
A cheaper option and something that seems less drastic are nipple piercings.
What would you do in my situation?

I think they’re cute, but I went with my friend once and I heard her scream bloody murder.

I got my nipples tattooed into hearts that matches/blends in with the natural color of my areolas & I absolutely adore them.

If you don’t want piercings you could tattoo?

Go for it, that’s what I did. Best part is they aren’t permanent so if you decide you don’t like them, just simply take them out.
Had mine pierced for roughly 2 and a half years now and still in love with them 🙂

I'm usually not into piercings on myself, but I really hated the way my boobs looked and decided to get them done. Hurt like someone searing a hot fork through them but it was only for a few seconds.

After maybe 16 months they fully healed and stopped crusting/hurting. I absolutely love them now. They are only small balls with a small bar so you can't see any of the bar (apparently this isn't common according to where I bought them from?) so still small and pretty.

Definitely worth it if you're not confident or happy with your breasts, and you can always take them out if you don't like them. When I talk to guys, the ones that don't like them often seem to be ones that haven't seen them in person.

Why bother? Just why? Is the extra attention that it might gain going to get you anything? I swear most of you women are thinking like a porn star or a stripper and I'd bet my nuts that most of you are serving coffee instead. I'm just sick of hearing it.

I just feel it's really risky. Like what if they got stuck on something. Or got pulled unexpectedly. I can't even imagine it. If it makes you happy ok... but I just feel its risky and may not portray someone in a good way. Like you're gonna have kids, what would their thoughts be seeing their mom wearing piercings on her nipples.

I think nipples are too beautiful to be pierced.. My ex had them and I guess I didn't mind them, but I definitely don't prefer them. Yours are probably fine, I mean if that's what you wanna do, okay.. But you're probably just overly insecure about them.

If a woman has hers pierced, great. If she doesn't, also great. I don't have a preference in that regard.

I think it ultimately boils down to If you want them pierced or not. You don't owe anyone an explanation.

I don't understand the female obsession with mutilating their bodies because of poor self-image issues. Piercings, tattoos, reductions, augmentations, etc. Maybe instead of carving your bodies up you girls should consider taking steps to forging a positive attitude towards yourself and others.

It’s your body, you can pretty much do what you want to it. In this case you are looking at choice between surgery or 2 piercings. Personally go for piercings.
