It seems like the only point is to get something - anything - pierced. Nose, lips, tongue, eye brows, nipples, clit, ... "OMG, I'm running out of things to pierce."
It's the same with tats.
They don't improve appearance. Piercing and tats just look like graffiti for the sake of getting it. I think that stuff looks like vandalism or disfigurement. It defaces the beautiful female body and makes her look coarse. But I guess there are certain sub-cultures that are into it.

I don't care for nipple piercings. I don't think women's nipples can be improved upon.
I certainly wouldn't want them getting in my way when licking and sucking.

I came across a pic of heart shaped nipple piercings like 4 years ago on twitter and have loved the look of them since. I don’t think I could go through the pain of getting them done myself though, too sensitive

I feel that they sort of get in the way when I just want to show off my nipple sucking skills to signal just how great my baby would feel sucking on her tits after I get her pregnant.

Plus I know this chick that enjoyed an infection after letting some nipple sucking action happen and she had to have some of her tiddy surgically removed as a result. So as a result I sort of have a health bias against it as well.

The pic you posted is a perfect example of what I like. If she wants the piercing to show, it's a sexy indication of her sensuality. If she want's it concealed, that's obviously easy. I'm sure there's a world of different jewelry to fit your mood and taste.

It would probably be barely noticeable if you decided not to wear it after a time.

I only consider it trashy if they are publically shown, so long story short, I wouldn't have an issue with it as long as I don't see it when they are a stranger to me if that makes sense, it's something I believe I should figure out when they mention it when im conversating with that person.
