Girls, Did you ask your mom's/parent's permission before starting wearing thongs?

I did not ask her. I was at the mall with some friends and got my first ones. I dident really hide them but I dident tell her I got them either. I did my own laundry so it was not an issue. I’m not sure when my mom found out I was wearing them but she did not seem to care. Even bought me some when we were school shopping.

If I had a daughter I would not care as long as they stayed underwear and not outerwear. If no one knows someone is wearing something, who cares. If you don’t allow it, they will just sneak it

I didn’t ask so much as told my mom I wanted to try them when we were out shopping once. She said okay, we went to VS, and she told me to pick some out. I was 15 when I started wearing them, so when my daughter is a teenager, if she wants to wear thongs I don’t see a problem with it.

It was actually my mom who bought my first ones she has always been picky about looks and hated the panty lines when wearing leggings

I still hide my thongs for my mom and dad lol, but if I ever have kids of my own I'll allow them to wear what they like

I didn't ask permission. My friend and I just bought some one day and I tried to keep it a secret from my parents. I'm pretty sure they found out but they never said anything about it to me :)
