I'm good with it these days. I used to have the epic case of ugly duckling complex being biracial.

For example, in Japan growing up, even my friends called me "Amerikajin" being half American and having some Caucasian features.

Also no matter where I go in the world, just about every new person who starts a conversation with me starts with, "Where are you from?" Also sometimes, "What sort of accent is that?" (it's like a bastardized blend of Japanese accent, British English which is what I originally learned, and American English with a tinge of Southern since I spent a lot of time in places like Texas).

So I always thought being the blatant outsider who sticks out with my biracial looks and culturally-mixed mannerisms must necessarily make me the ugly one. I even dyed my hair black in Japan to try to fit in and hope the rest of my Caucasian features aren't as noticeable.

Over time though, I found I could leverage that to get friends and dates. It still gets me way more attention than I like (especially when I'm not in the mood), but I've gotten used to it and made peace with it.

For sure. Obviously, I’m not perfect, but especially relative to others my age…. holy smokes, it could be A LOT worse. When new guys join my hockey league, there are a couple guys who will pull them over to me and make them try to guess my age, and the new guys seem very surprised every time, so I guess it’s fair to say I’m noticeably younger looking. I have all my hair (but my natural hairline has high temples anyway, FML🤣), none of it has gone gray, no gray in my facial hair, and I’m in better shape than a lot of the guys who are even 10-15 years younger than me. To say they have dad bods would be pretty friendly, lmao. My gym has a bunch of young guys who are college athletes or military, so I’m feeling myself a little less in that venue, lmfao, but I can still confidently have my shirt off at the beach, a few weeks shy of 45.

If someone offered me free surgery to look like a young Zack Morris though, I’d probably take it🤣🤣🤣

I wanted to be this kid so bad when I was 13 lmfao

I'm in the middle I'm not satisfied but I'm not unsatisfied either. I know I'm average some girls think I'm cute some don't and I'm ok with that. I don't need to be hot. My only wish is that wasn't so hairy but if that was a problem with a girl I can save the unwanted hair.

Only maybe 2 girls my entire life ever complimented me on my physical attributes. From reading on here females opinions it sounds as if I must not be so great looking. That's the only reason I would think negative. My teeth aren't very straight and I know a lot of gals think teeth is the end all attribute.
