I use women’s deodorant lol. It works way better than men’s deodorant, sorry!

With men’s deodorant I feel like it only lasts like 5 hours and then I have to reapply. It sucks.

but womens deodorant actually lasts 24 hours for me.

One thing about me, I don’t give a fuck about gendered products. I’ll use whatever body wash, deodorant, fragrance etc. I really do not care. My masculinity is not that fragile. Like oh noooo the packaging is pink! 🙄 I couldn’t give less of a shit

I also dont like how cologney mens deodorants are. You put it on and you can smell it from across the room like you sprayed cologne on. I get that’s the point but sometimes I want to wear my own cologne and don’t want the scent of my deodorant to overpower it.

Wait what? I thought men’s deodorant was stronger than women’s deodorant :[ I remember being in a gym class back in the day and one of the girls said to her friend “why do you smell like a boy or are you wearing men’s-“ whatever I don’t remember 😆

but the girl replied saying it was either her boyfriends and she stole it or she bought it and said it actually worked better because guys have stronger body odors and all. It made me consider it and I thought there could be some truth to it.

Yet, when I tried one brand my dad used to get, I noticed it was liquid-like and within a day I smelled my bad pits on the stick and when I put it on my smell was neutral instead of awesome! lol

So I guess I put too much trust in it and maybe the men’s deodorant is a scam? Trying to make men pay more annually on deodorant? I already know they get women from the prices of pads alone annually soooo I just can’t tell if the product manufacturers are out to make quality products or sell scams and earn profits…

You said women’s decoder and worked better for you do this makes me want to jump back 100% to women’s deodorants. I just wonder at this point if it’s all in our head. I’ve once used hand sanitizer (read somewhere it was a good substitute for on the go), and my sister had tried lemon… but that’s so messy and can burn. The sanitizer didn’t last too long in my case either.

At this point I also don’t care about looks but quality instead of preference. Now I need to know which one actually lasts longer and has a stronger and pleasant aroma.

Of course things will be 10x better with the usual showers, but still, what’s the best bet?

Update: gosh I always envied when the boys at school would smell anything but b. o lol and meanwhile I had to spray and shower in my perfumes lol. Even now I get so paranoid I will spray perfume on TOP of my already drowned in shampoo/conditioned hair. 🧴

I’ve also heard a lot of women say they use men’s deodorant cause it works better for them, but I’ve just never related lol.
Everyone’s different, different products work best for others. It could even be the specific brands that I’ve tried.
But I know i have several Old Spice deodorants at home. And ever since I bought a dove deodorant, I’ve stopped using those ones.
I also notice that my body tends ti get used to certain deodorants and I almost become immune to them. So usually I have to switch up which ones I’m using anyways

Definitely clothes. Shorts, shirts, hoodies.. they’re so much more comfortable, have a loose fit, and are usually half the price of womens clothes.

Women's products don't work better than men's. Manufacturers just spend a lot more money on marketing women's products because women are far more willing to believe the hype. That's the reason behind the so called pink tax. Women bring it on themselves. Gongratulations for being one of the few men who fall into that category and willingly pay the pink tax.
