Ladies what type of birth control do you use?

What type of birth control do you use if you use any? I've been on the pill for years. My friend was telling me that hormonal birth control isn't good for the body. She uses vaginal spermicide uses it right after having sex. I'm thinking about this option. I also take many other medications for my chronic pain so less meds the better in my opinion. What type of you prefer? Would you consider vaginal spermicide?

You said she uses it after having sex. Hope she wants a kid. The sperm can enter the uterus and fertilize an egg that way. The directions very clearly state that the spermicide is to be placed deep in the vagina PRIOR to intercourse, and then wait a time specified by the spermicide manufacturer to give it time to work before intercourse.

condoms with spermicidal lube are really effective, especially if he still pulls out when he cums

I wouldn’t consider vaginal spermicide. I don’t think it’s as effective for me.
I use the implant. I only chose these types of methods because it helps with my periods cramps and flow. Spermicides or the female condoms and whatnot don’t help with that, but they do work to prevent pregnancies 😁.

I don't use any cause it's unhealthy for the body. I never heard of vaginal spermicide before but I heard that IUD is pretty practical (cause there's no hormone in it).

Not necessarily less sexual but it changes preferences and the aggressiveness towards the new men of choice. Like the shit tests start to get greater. The cheating stuff increases and it starts to resemble the stuff men usually get blamed of doing. The reading on it is out there... I guess is fucks with the homoneal stuff.

Yeah I have endometriosis so my periods are heavy and super crampy

I think the IUD that releases a tiny amount of progestin, is a good choice for many women. Side effects are not all that common. And it is considered to be among the most effective methods.

One girlfriend a long time ago used spermicidal foam.
I'd give her oral first, when she got tired of cumming she'd pat my head, she'd use the sprmixidal.
Then we'd fuck... it worked as lube too.

I usually have a girlfriend on the pill or get the shot or I just wear a condom but I have had couple girlfriends who use vaginal spermicide but they rather just take the pill.
