Girls, what determines the kind of product you use for periods?

I think it depends on habits what one is used to. Like, do you prefer solid or spray deodorant?

As for my case, since you asked I made a photo of my stash, just for you 😂

For periods I mostly use single-use menstrual underwear (the black one) if not pads, since my periods are extremely heavy (i have diagnosed menorrhagia). At the beginning on end I use tena pads on the left in green packaging. Otherwise outside of periods I use the single packaged Always "to go" on the right.

With regards to the amount: I'd say not to use one for more than 2 hrs, quick math says about 10 pieces of whatever I pick. "To go" liners I'd say 2, rarely 3 per day. 🤷‍♀️

Menstrual underwear? 😬 What is that even, never heard of such.

Oh, it's like a regular underwear like on the box except it's made out of plastic and has an absorbent area inside ☺️ You wear one for a few hours and throw it away or when it feels uncomfortable or used. And you change it to a new one from the sack.

Not really.
As I've been wearing or using this type for some years I've already gotten used to it 🙂 it's soft and comfy though 😅

Ah ok 😅 by the way are you not worried about the huge amount of plastic waste you produce each month this way? Some sounds like a lot

It IS a lot 😂 if you think that way. But nah TBH this is what I'm used to and as a woman i consider it to be my right to feel free to use whatever helps. Since we're the one gender to take this pain every month.. 💪🏻

i can only answer for myself and its the reusable cloth. for me its a better choice
