I’m going to a speed friending event, (not speed dating); where I will have to dress nicely. Is a smart casual black dress with lace sleeves and a sky blue blazer and ballet flats appropriate? It’ll be a bit chilly by the evening. Or should I wear a pretty blouse, with a nice jacket or cardigan and black yoga pants and ballet flats?
