Women, how do you feel about women's shorts on average being much, MUCH shorter when compared to men's shorts? What about the lack of pockets?

I'm new, and this is the first question that came to mind, lol.

I can't imagine those short shorts many women wear are too comfortable.

Shorts don't need to go past my knees, but they certainly don't need to stop at the very top of my thighs either.

So for me... around knee-length, give or take.

But women's shorts are usually not knee-length.

Not to mention the lack of pockets on them. Sounds like a pain in the ass to have to bring a purse everywhere.

I have only one pair of short shorts but I mainly wear my bermuda shorts. They have pockets and are above your knee. My brand for jeans and shorts is Wallflower. But I do think the shorts guys have look nice sometimes, some even have extra pockets.

It's the same as with skinny jeans, there's also no pockets I usualy carry some kind of purse almost everywhere. But they are not all the same I agree that some are ridiculously short like you can see your but in them, but if it covers my but completly I don't have a problem with them.

I think womens shorts are just fine and they come in many different styles and sizes and lengths so we pretty much have good choices on how we want to present ourselves.

But I meant more like the inseam length. Women's are often like 3 inch inseam. While men's are like 9 inch inseam.

You can get shorts in any size and with it without pockets. No one is forced to buy shorts they don't like.

But we don't get them because of the thriving handbag industry. Also, the shorter the pants, the more leg is shown, which makes the fit look better

I just buy mens shorts/ women's capris/ 3/4 lengths. shorts like that hold no appeal to me.
