Imagine a man who's 30+ but lives in his parents basement. He doesn't leave the house, never showers and has perpetual virginity. Now, that sad man you're picturing has a job. He gets paid to be an online moderator. Which means he has aaall the control - if you say something he doesn't like, you're getting banned immediately.
