What Is The Issue With Natural Hair?

I am a black woman and I have locs they're long. Everyday I hear someone making negative comments about locs what is the issue? If I wore a straight wig it's "you want to be a white woman" if it was an afro it would be "it's nappy and short" what's the issue? Is it just the black Winans existence herself?

There's literally no way anyone on earth can avoid any criticism. I've seen every aspect of my appearance criticized at some point. We just have to love ourselves and know what's reasonable.

Ignore them. They're idiots. Natural hair is amazing. Just remember to use the proper product so it doesn't dry out (esp in the summertime).
