Women in bathing suits?

Just got back home from the beach. I seen a lot of white women in bathing suits and See maybe 2 of a different race. Do you think other races are scared to wear a bathing suit or is to provocative for them.

• On the beaches, swimming pools, the parks.
• Any race and culture can be wear.
• Not provocative at all in many countries.
• My girlfriend and her mum wear Teeny Tiny bathing suits and get topless depending on beach.
