Oh, getting my tongue pierced was quite an adventure! The healing process was interesting, to say the least. For the first few days, my tongue was pretty swollen, and talking and eating were a bit of a challenge. I stuck to soft, cold foods like yogurt and popsicles, which helped with the swelling. It’s crucial to rinse your mouth with an alcohol-free mouthwash to keep everything clean.

After about a week, the swelling started to go down, and things gradually got back to normal. I would say it took around 4 to 6 weeks for it to heal completely. Pretty lame at first…. Soup and soft foods for the first week or so. It’s been fine since then tho
