When they're combined with normal straight/wavy hair, they make the girl look angelic/heavenly. I personally love it when it's done like this
And let's be honest... pigtail braids are also hot for obvious reasons 😏

I like the elaborate styles you see in paintings and movies. It varies based on braid style, bodily and clothing style and hair texture. Some look great and others detract from the beauty of natural hair.
