I have witnessed even primary school teachers wearing dresses where part of the boobs bare skin shows on top of the dress, like its nothing!
Today in a tram a girl in her early 20s was wearing a shirt designed to show off the top and side of the boobs, covering only the front and one side. It was hard to ignore.

When guya wear hip hop jeans and show off their ass covered in boxers, its automatically a red flag of clothing style, representing ghetto low class rap culture.
