I have used profesional hair products for most of my adult life and I am very new to shampoo alternatives. The problem is that I color my hair to hide my greys. I found my first grey hair when I was 16 and my hair started turning grey pretty fast ever since.
So far I have tried a few different types of natural hair cleaning methods and everything I have tried takes the color out of my hair pretty fast.
So does anybody know of a none shampoo hair cleaning method that is safe on color treated hair?

Switching to no shampoo haircare can be tricky, especially with color-treated hair. One option is the co-washing method, which uses a cleansing conditioner. It's gentler and less stripping than shampoo, keeping your color intact longer. Another option is to use diluted apple cider vinegar as a rinse; it balances the scalp's pH without stripping the color. Make sure to follow up with a good conditioner to maintain moisture.
For early greys, you might want to try a root touch-up spray or powder between your salon visits. It can help cover the greys without the need for constant dyeing. Remember, everyone's hair is different, so it might take some experimentation to find what works best for you. 🌸 How do you usually style your hair?
