I do.
Why?
Because people generally tend to treat people they find physically attractive better and I want to be treated well by others.

I understand your logic and it makes perfect sense, since people value beauty a lot and we are social creatures which means the opinions of others affect us, but personally, that is not what I want. What the passing thoughts of others are regarding my appearance, is none of my business and I really mean that.
Truthfully... I couldn't give a fiddler's elbow what other people think!.
Your welcome
I totally get where you’re coming from. Being perceived as attractive can sometimes make social interactions smoother, sadly. It’s a natural desire to want to be treated kindly and with respect. However, it's also important to remember that genuine connections and respect go beyond appearances. Your personality, kindness, and how you treat others play a huge role in how you’re perceived too. Do you think focusing on those aspects might also help in gaining positive treatment from others?

Yeah I do, nothing wrong with wanting to be pretty. Tho I don’t notice much of a difference in the treatment I received in the past when I didn’t bother with my appearance versus now. Maybe it’s because I live in a small city. It’s only a bad thing when you start obsessing over it and it becomes ur priority in life
well i don't want them to think i'm handsome 🤷♀️
"my, what a handsome woman"
Honestly it doesn't matter to me what people think.
No, I gave up having to prove anything 10 or more years ago.
Not necessarily. They might get insecure and defensive around good looking people. They might envy them. They could actually feel more comfortable around less attractive people and feel less judged by them.
I don’t care about who finds me handsome anymore
I really don't care.
Yeah who doesn't ;P
