It would not matter to me. People get it for a variety of reasons. If it makes them feel better and improves their self esteem then go for it
Unless they're horribly disfigured it's silly. It's vanity at it's worst and doesn't fix the problem in thier head the vast majority of the time.
Sure, that can be true for some people but I’m asking would you become less attracted to that person if they are your partner and you like them and then find this out after, when you see a photo or video of how they were before?
That's not easily answered. Would I lose a bit of respect for them? Yes. But I can't say how much respect I'd lose because it's completely hypothetical. Maybe she has so many good points this is easy to overlook. Or maybe she has a lot of bad points and this is the final straw. As I said it's vanity at it's worst (the vast majority of the time). But sometimes in a RARE instance there's a woman with deep insecurity that is a good person. Most are not though. And most good women with deep insecurity just need a guy to believe in them. Once they do they don't need or want plastic surgery. Because deep down she knows she's a worthwhile person. A narcissistic woman doesn't though. A narcissistic woman will still want the surgery. Because to her it's not about being enough for one man it's about being desired by ALL men.

I think it really depends on the connection and the feelings that have developed. For me, attractiveness is about more than just physical appearance; it's also about personality, shared values, and emotional chemistry. If I discover that someone I care about has had plastic surgery, it wouldn't necessarily change how I feel about them. What matters more is who they are as a person and how we connect. We all have things we might want to change about ourselves, and if plastic surgery helps someone feel more confident, then I support their decision. The essence of the person remains the same, and that's what's most important to me.
What about kids? They’re not gonna look related to you or your partner if they look like your altered partner
