What should you do if you're physically unattactive to most women?

Try your best to improve on what you can. Haircut/Hygiene and gym can make you look clean and look better in clothes. At least women won't avoid you bec you stink or look like a cave dweller so you can worry about one thing less. Just look what good looking men your age wear on the street and what style etc they have and copy that.
