Thoughts on mixed saunas?

I’m totally cool with my body and quite a naturist! Just returned from Germany and used the swimming pool and mixed health suite and sauna clothing and swimwear are not an option! No room to be shy!

lots of bits and pieces hanging out… wide eyes and glances! What’s people’s thoughts on this in UK and maybe USA? Yes or no?

I live in an area of the US with a lot of Scandinavian heritage, so sauna culture is prevalent here. While it's not universal, nudity is very common, and other than in institutions like gyms, it also is usually coed. I'm entirely comfortable nude. If I'm not sure what the rest of the party is comfortable with, I will enter wrapped in a towel, and if there are others nude I will remove the towel, if everyone is covered, I will stay covered myself. I find that more often than not at least one other person is nude and I will join them nude as well.

I agree completely… I love being nude and have enjoyed a few resorts in Europe! Never ever thought it would something I enjoy! But I love it x
