What to do with an unwanted sauna?

The guy who built my house took a lot of stupid shortcuts, which I'm slowly rectifying (or in most cases paying to get rectified). This is a case of sorting out the most important things first, but today, given that it hasn't stopped raining, I've been planning out what I want to get sorted in 2017, and one of the less important items came into my mind.

The guy who built the house installed a frigging sauna in the basement.

Thing is, I'm not much on saunas, and am mainly thinking about the potential for problems with this damn thing (mould, damp etc). Needless to say, no usage instructions have been left behind, and I've no idea if it even works.

I know this is a great example of a First World problem, but what would you do about it?
Stop being ungrateful, decide you like saunas and use it!
Use it as a stockroom for bottled water and tinned food for the approaching WW3
Convert it into some kind of hardcore bondage facility
I've got a better idea (leave a comment)
