Girls, Are gold hoop earrings with a longish (24 inch) gold necklace too much gold or bling for a purple turtleneck?

I have a purple turtleneck that I was going to wear this late fall and winter. I like gold and purple together. I have a black pleather skirt to wear with it. If I wear gold hoop earrings and a 24 inch long gold necklace, is that too much gold or bling? Should I lighten the accessories up a bit, or do you think that look would be correct. I am not sure what the current jewelry looks will be this winter.
