What do you find more attractive/appealing full fitted pants or bell-bottom flare pants?

Skinny pants look awful most of the time.

Why do you think that his? Would it be depending on then body? For example a woman that has a big belly would look funny/weird wearing tight because the stomach sticks out and then the legs looks extra weird just straight down like circle with legs? As opposed to a woman with no stomach which in that case it doesn’t look weird? And most women today depending on where you live but in USA for example, most women are not fit which gives the “more people looking weird with fitted pants”?
Or what’s do you think is what makes some people look weird and others ok with these style of pants?

Both of nice. But the bell bottoms are kind of old-fashioned

But today almost nobody wears the fitted ones anymore and almost all girls wearing flare or lose
