How I view long nails depend on how long, when it's "acceptably" (?) long then I find it attractive, elegant yes. if too long I will probably start to associate it with superficiality, and/or vulgarity. But then, expanding the topic, what are nails, isolated, nails mean nothing in terms of attraction as there is a person carrying them, without connection to this person we can't see the ensemble that is attraction, we are judging a part, artificially, without a reference point to think with.

I don't mind them being SLIGHTLY long. I usually let mine get a bit long because I use them as tools. But, when hers become 2 or 4 inch talons, especially when they're curved under, they become dangerous and, from what I've seen, a detriment to her being able to do things she'd normally do with her fingers. She can't play guitar; typing is either next to impossible or takes a lot longer; she HAS to be extra careful and mindful of them to keep from breaking them off! Who needs to go through life like that?

I think how you get your nails done, design, length can definitely either hit or miss the mark. Personally. I love getting my nails done. Nothing over the top and definitely not French. No one can convince me on French. Adult entertainers get French.

As a guy, the overly long nails whether press ons or what have you always made me feel uneasy. I could never understand why women thought that was appealing until I realized it was likely for themselves. Outside, of the length thing, painting nails of either is normal and many women let them grow a little bit unless they do the press on thing. Whatever works is your thing but I’ve never found them appealing. I’d imagine some guys must or as previously mentioned, it’s for you.
