Is there anybody on GAG that has one foot that's significantly bigger than the other? How do you deal with it?

Do you buy two pair of shoes or do you sneak one bigger (smaller) sized shoe from another box and replace it with the smaller (bigger) size. I found out that my neighbor does the, "replacement" method.
