You must be right handed. All of the muscles that are used on whichever is your dominant side are larger and more developed because of use. Example whichever is your dominant side you will put that foot out first when you start to walk. Also I looked at your legs and compared them with one another and I didn't really see any cause for any alarm. Now sometimes people will get lymphedema where an appendage such as an arm or a leg will grow grossly disproportionate to the other. I do not see any cause for worry.

Hmmm... body parts don't really do things like that. When you lose weight things like limbs even themselves out. Are you sure it isn't a medical issue? That's a slightly more noticeable difference than usual.
Well you easily have a thigh gap and your legs look kinda too thin if you could gain some weight to fill them out. Fat storage prefers the areas that remain compressed for extended periods of time (like how some girls have big butts from sitting a lot) and this tends to be even more of the case when you have more weight on the compressed area
I injured my one knee and the one leg got extra muscle to compensate.

Go to a doctor ( or call one ) could be something serious
Cause more muscle in that leg, you favor that leg aka dominant leg
It doesn’t look bad but you should see a doctor in case it’s a blood clot
Reading the text and then looking at the picture, I can't help but think this is a modern version of "Where's Waldo".
It could be inflammation. It looks like its swollen..
