How come my legs aren't getting any smaller?

Since about a month before prom(so April) I began long distance running. When I first began, I was eating like 1200 calories a day. At the same time, I also did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred once a day but stopped.

Up until I finished summer one classes I continued long distance running but without a diet. When I finished classes, I was able to track my eating habits more than before

Now I'm eating very little, still running long distance and I'm not seeing any results. I don't get what's wrong with me or my body

My legs are literally like this. They're too muscular and too big and I want to make them skinny-fattish, so soft and thin link

I enjoy running cause it's free and convenient for me. I know I've already been suggested the Tracy Anderson Method, but I guess I'm trying to avoid buying more dvds and stuff

I DO go to the gym using my friends one month guest pass ha

Any suggestions?
