Are you interested in fashion? Do you follow the fashion week trends?

I am not very interested in fashion. I think some trends are pretty cute to see, but when something becomes a trend, everyone starts to use it, so it looks like we are all the same, and this is the reason why I prefer to not follow them.

Lately, I feel like the fashion weeks are always the same, I don't see anything new, so I am not very interested.
I prefer to wear what I like, even if for some people I am not trendy or cool enough.

The first fashion week, as we know it now, was held in New York in 1943, in order to promote the American local fashion, because in the Second World War it was really difficult to import French and Italian clothes.

I mean... to a small extent, but not a lot. I want to look presentable and/or appropriate for the occasion at the very least, but I don't stress too much over it.

I'm most often just a t-shirt and pants or t-shirt and shorts kind of person, though at the very least I want them to be fitted nicely: not too baggy, not too tight. And with my shorts in particular I always make sure they come a few inches above the knee at least. For some reason I can't stand shorts that are knee-length or longer, both visually and in terms of comfort. I need to show at least a small amount of lower thigh. Ditto for swim trunks or athletic shorts.

But anyway, yeah. If it's colder I might throw on a nice jacket or hoodie, but that's it. For shoes I usually just wear simple sneakers or simple sandals.

I can appreciate good fashion sense when I see it, but no, I'm not a fashionista.

In the celebrity world, Gwen Stefani come to mind as having great fashion sense.

In the real world, I occasionally see people who strike me as having discovered their own great personal fashion styles.
I think that's pretty cool.

Sorta, I’ve been experimenting with my style lately, so far my brother has called me gay and told me I look gay for wearing stainless steel hoop earrings, they don’t look too similar to what females wear, but I like them a lot and always have so it sucks that everyone keeps telling me I look gay
