Why are my hair ends always frizzy?

My hair is wavy but also has some light curls and whenever i diffuse it, or blowdry it, or let it airdry, or sleep with it wet in a turban towel, it always turns out soooo frizzy but for some reason 3 days after washing it the ends are way less frizzy and poofy. What do i do to get non frizzy hair? My hair has been dyed and bleached if that changes anything, but the bleach was like 1 and a half year ago and last time i dyed was 1 year ago. I dont want to chop the ends off because shoulder length hair fits me the best. Any tips please? I also use a heat protectant whenever i use a diffuser or blowdryer.

Hard to say why - Your hair might need moisture, it might need protein - You've to find the right treatment for your hair. You might be drying your hair + scalp out with shampoo with sulfates and other chemicals. Heat can cause frizz, sleeping with wet hair - also can cause a frizz, if you've frizzy hair, which often comes with wavy/curls (especially when damaged) you need to find something to "contain" it.

Took me 2 years to fix the damage I did to my hair with using heat, dying my hair, overwashing it and shit like that. I'm picky about products: no sulfates, silicones, alcohol - rarely use shampoo, I switch in between a protein based hair mask & a moisturising one + I always use a curl creme, hair gel and crunch with a foam and I only blow dry my hair without heat and never till fully dry. But nothing you do will fix your ends - if they're damaged, your only choice is to chop them of. There's no miracle there.
