Guys do you prefer girls next door or more sophisticated girls?

I've saw a lot of things about how men prefer cute girls next door type with more casual clothes and rounder / cuter face versus pretty more sophisticated / elegant girls is this true? What's your opinion on it?

And why do you prefer one over the other.

Girls next door : cute, casual style of dressing

Sophisticated : Pretty face, elegant style of dressing (dress / skirt, tweed set, hair up (or in more complicated hairstyle, elegant gold jewelry, heels, etc..).

I'm asking because I lead 100 % in the pretty / elegant style (like I haven't been called cute since I was literally 13 now people only describe me as either pretty or model like) but I'm always surprised to hear guys preferring cuter women with rounder face features.

For me, elegant implies a love of New York City culture, name brand clothing and handbags, expensive cars, etc. They may come from wealthy families where they were treated like princesses. They may have been part of the stuck up, mean girl clique in school. I actually hate that.

I actually prefer cute, girl-next-door types. I prefer shorter, fit, on the slender side with normal curves over tall, willowy, elegant, fashion model types.

They are playful, love nature and adventure, know how to work, and are not afraid of getting their hands dirty around the house, when gardening, camping or hiking.

They can be casual, they can be girly girls, and they are also capable of wearing beautiful clothes, fixing up, and looking outstanding when the occasion demands. They can have a sense of style and look elegant without wearing designer labels and expensive jewelry.

They may have careers and support themselves, are down to earth, kind, generous, have healthy values, and are less frivolous/more frugal because they have had to work for what they have, so they appreciate the value of money.

It doesn't really matter for men they are elegant or a simple girl from next door.
Because once you really know a girl and libe with her you know about the prep she does to be that and the time that is invested in.

So there is some attraction in all and the personality to it adds up as how good of a company are you to talk to and understand.

We have to be comfortable who h is more likely to be offered by gurl next door as you know the real deal.

And less effort and more understanding.

And also in general the eyes the smile and her boobs and structure of almost all women are attractive.

In men's eyes, if you are women you are beautiful prity in some way or other.

It's something about feminity that attracts even if tomboyish still there is something that attracts.

Eh... both equally I suppose, though if I was forced to choose one or the other then elegant/pretty as I tend to associate "cute" as sort of child-like and sort of immature. Not necessarily true of course but that's where my mind goes.

It's also kind of tiring hearing so many guys going on and on about how much they hate pretty girls and love cute girls. Though honestly guys who do that don't have a chance with neither pretty girls or cute girls. Lol.

The ideal type for me though I guess would be a mixture of both, as I don't like extremes on either end. Not 100% pretty, and not 100% cute either.

Cute girls often seem more approachable, which is why many guys may prefer them I guess. Pretty girls come off as the popular high school girls who were completely out of reach, while cute girls come off as classmates who were on more equal footing with everyone else.

Definitely the 'girl next door' type. Who are also still pretty. What you describe as 'elegant/pretty' girls are fine, but they are usually high maintenance and think too highly of themselves. Often times they aren't even as hot as they think they are, but they've been put up on a pedestal like that by friends, family, and school mates.

To put it into perspective, many men have cheated on their 'elegant/pretty' gfs or wives with girl next door types, because they're curious about what she looks like underneath her plainer appearance or how the sex will be.

This comparison doesn't make much sense to me, if I wanted to look at profiles like this then I have been with both "types", except they are not types because the cover is not the book, in my experience.

I can see a reason why the fantasy of the girls next door could be more attractive, it implies... More tangibility, she is pictured as more relatable, more real, more close. While elegance would be seen as distance and coldness, from afar. Which is only just from afar and just fantasy, because as I said, this is a cover, fantasy, the book might tell another story entirely.

I like cute, silly, random, and likes video games, anime, animals, and drawing.

Sophisticated = boring.

As far as clothing, either oversized hoodie and pants with sneakers, virgin killer sweater or heavily crop t shirt/tank top instead of hoodie is also good, or a sexy cosplay outfit.

As far as hair goes, long, thick, and soft with thick bangs (think scene girl hair), is my favorite.
