I can bring my premium butt and legs in thin black leather trousers which lie tight on my skin like leggins together with 12 cm stiletto boots, no one can and will complain. Of course is sometimes too short skirt like summoning the devil, especially if you have to work in office with other girls which under perform in personal assets you want to emphasize. Men with exception of your dad never complain, it's always other women. lol

I think if you can't bend over without people seeing the full moon or walk down stairs with giving someone a view of your garden then it's too low. I like to wear mini skirts with black tights or leggings or boy shorts if bare legged. I think ultimately dress and skirt length depends on a girl's height and leg length
