Considering the amount of women walking around in awful outfits, lip fillers, and other fake stuff then, yes, I dare say they must think they look good otherwise they wouldn't do it.

Women are followers. They wanna blend in with their friends and influencers. They're always following the latest fads and trends. Unfortuately lip fillers is one of those.

It makes them feel better about themselves and that’s all that matters, it’s their face.

They do look ridiculous when they overdo it but I’ve seen some women get a very small amount of filler and natural looking lashes and it actually can look very pretty.

Considering the fact that men pay attention to them and the large majority of followers are dudes, it means that men find them attractive as well at least for a good ol' wank.

some fake leashes actually look great and most men don't even notice or would know if they're fake or not.. that's how well they've done it

Guys (and girls) only really notice them when they are done badly, and that is the difference. No woman will ever look natural with big old 2 inch spider eyelashes, and lip filler that's plumped her lips to 4x the size, but there are so many who put on natural style lashes and do minimum plumping (the kind a good extra wide breath of lipstick could also accomplish) and no one even knows.

If it’s subtle and natural looking it can definitely enhance her face. I do get my lashes done but they’re short and subtle, I just look like I have some mascara on. I also have a tiny bit of lip fillers, as I grew older I lost collagen on my lips so I get them filled to look like how they used to look back in my 20s. Nobody can tell I have fillers on because it just looks like my natural lips. More is definitely not better in this case.

I would believe so considering that even if they were doing it for themselves and not the attraction of men, I doubt they like making themselves look ugly so they must believe it looks good

But the lip filler looks utterly ridiculous.. Who came up with that?
While I'm at it.. What's this obsession with fat arses? This is ludicrous stuff , a tight firm small arse is so much better.

I guess some of them obviously do, since they get them. I think fake eyelashes can look good, as long as they're discreet. I've never seen lip fillers that didn't look gross, though.

Everything fake is not attractive at all. I remember a woman we saw while waiting at the airport, we had to laugh at the eye lashes that looked like they'd fall off any minute. Long, fake nails prevented her from typing correctly on her phone.

I feel naked without lashes but I don't wear those insanely heavy ones that look like you can't keep your eyes open. Filler is fine if done right too.

Well I can't really speak for them, but to me (assuming it's extreme) it's not attractive. I would assume they think it's attractive though, because otherwise why would they do it? They wouldn't do it if they thought it made them uglier.
