Is it normal that I want to buy a bikini for my sister for a birthday present?

My sister’s birthday is on March 11. She will be 17. I would really like to buy her a pretty bikini for her birthday present from me. Is that a good idea?

My sister loved her present! For those of you that didn’t think it was a good idea, sorry I offended you. But she loved the bikini I got her for her birthday!

If I got her a necklace or a bracelet, she would wear those but she would wear them with some clothes that might hide her beautiful features.
