I don't understand why the authorities are not taking action, they should be strict & set rules like those days. They fine women who wear bikinis. Actually appropriate. Depends how confident you are. With me I wear my string bikini when With friends or boyfriend but not in public with parents. At home I swim topless. Even my mom does.
